No responce from telkom

We really either ed a couple tract and routerice from. Telkom. Two weeks ago. We have tried to call the number given and it just rings . Wr have also tried to log in or the telkom. App but they want to an account to number which we do t have. The *180# number doesn't work either. Pathletic. !
