NO RESPONCE ABOUT ADSL/WI-FI INSTALLATION, AFTER 6 WEEKS. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!

Hi, my husband app**** for an ADSL line with 8mb uncapped Wi-Fi 6 WEEKS AGO. After 3 weeks, we called (1st June), got a reference number C199820. We were told that the line will be connected within 7 working days. WHAT A BUNCH OF ***** YOU ARE!!! We then went into the Canal Walk store on the 10th June, we were told that the technicians said that there is no infrastructure available for an ADSL line. But at the same time, we were told that they'll see what they can do. IT IS NOW THE 20th OF JUNE AND STILL NOTHING!!!!! NOT A PHONE CALL, NOT AN E-MAIL, NOTHING!!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS???? We spend our hard earned money at your company and you can't even be bothered to drop a mail?????? If I don't get my line put in within this week, I will be moving my business elsewhere. It's just not worth it. I will most definitely be taking this further than this platform as your service is completely unacceptable and people need to be made aware of it. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
