No respect for privacy
<p>Everytime I have any dealings with Telkom (which I try to limit to the vare minimum), I take particular care to tick a certain box on my contract: Do not include my personal details in any directory. But, as can be expected of Telkom, once again my personal details (including address) is included in the latest directory. I expext Telkom to change my number at no cost. One more unsolicited phone call and I will be cancelling all Telkom services.</p>
Thanks for nothing. A SMS adivisng me to go to a Telkom store and cancel my directory subscription? I specifically opted out of being listed in the directory, yet you went ahead and published it anyway.. And now you expect me to go your notorious Knysna Telkom store to cancel something I never requested.
My very simple, reasonable request remains that Telkom changes my landline number to an unlisted number at their expense. I await your further advices.
