No respect for potential clients

<p><br />Chat conversation start<br />10:24<br />I have been on the phone with your consultants since 09h45 this morning and due to two consultants yelling at me, and 9 other consultants sending me backwards and forwards between the Residential and Business Sales Departments, I have now received your "exculated" departments number ********** 473 and have been on hold for over 14 minutes now, waiting for anyone to answer this call.</p> <p>We wanted to use your company as our Service Provider, however, how can we do this, if we cannot even speak to ONE person who knows your product well enough to advise us on what we need??</p> <p>You state "speak to one of our friendly consultants today", out of the 11 consultants I have spoken to this morning, ONE was polite enough to assist and give me the above mentioned number.</p> <p>I require someone from your SENIOR MANAGEMENT contact me, as your service and the lack of respect to current and potential clients, is absolutely disgusting!!!!</p> <p>You can DM me for my contact details, alternatively, you can receive my details on the HelloPeter complaint I have logged.</p>
