No Resolution Unhappy Customwr

I have been a loyal Telkom customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately, over the past year, I have experienced ongoing connectivity issues that have never been resolved. Despite numerous calls from consultants and even site visits to my premises, the problems have persisted without any improvement.

After a year of constant challenges and no effective resolution, I have decided that I will not be renewing any upcoming contracts with Telkom. It is disappointing that, after such a long relationship as a customer, my concerns have not been adequately addressed.
