No resolution to data not loaded

On the 1st of the month they didnt load data as they should have, I called in the consultant adviced that it shows on the side it has loaded after I provided the necessary clarification she logged a call and advised the it will be resolved within 72hrs. Nobody has called me, it has not been resolved and it has passed SLA
