NO resolution to complaint for 3 weeks

I have 3 difference reference numbers. I have made countless calls. They keep saying the problem is fixed. It isn't. No one can give me any resolution to a seemingly easy fault to repair. The call centre is useless, all they say is \we're going to escalate."Yet no one calls me back"
