NO RESOLUTION PLEASE HELP

<p>I have previously posted on this platfrom regarding my cancelation of services and I am still frustrated by the fact that this cannot seem to happen. I have submitted the requested documentation timeously but the outcome remains as all previous attempts unsuccessful.</p> <p>I am highly annoyed by the fact that I can't cancel the service and am still being billed.
