No resolution going on for 2 Years

<p>My mother has/had a prepaid line with Telkom. In 2014 she wanted to make a phone call and wehn she picked up the handset there was no dialing tone, she phoned the call centre and they advised her to go pay R357.00 to renew the line or contract she had in place. She went to the nearest store which is Cape Gate and made that payment. After that she still couldnt get a dialing tone and she again call the call centre and then they said that she had to load airtime, she bought the airtime phoned Telkom's call centre and they loaded the airtime, this happened numerous times where my mother followed the above process. The 28th,29th and 30th of Novemeber she received this message saying, Receive Rebate down time - up an till the 5th of December 2015 from Telkom. The only reference number that she has is the one for 26/06/2016 ***. We have not had a landline for the last 2 years because of no resolution from Telkom. Telkom however did say that they stole the cacble lines and that we are in a risk area and that Telkom will not be putting in a cable line again, she accepted that, she now wants her monies back that she paid, and all the times that she had to recharge airtime, she wants that back from Telkom as well, but they never call her back!! She goes to the branches and they tell her the fault department will call her back, nobody ever phoned her back. 2 YEARS TELKOM!!!!</p> <p> </p>
