No reponse , no customer service ...

On the 5th February I went into the Telkom store cancelled my Telkom insurance and Telkom contract. It seems contract is cancelled but no insurance. I have been billed still for the insurance to date . I tried calling, chat on line , contact me back and all I get is will call back in 48 hours. 48 hours has passed and gone … how wonderful service from Telkom .. no service
