No reponse after fault reporting

Telephone and internet connectivity lost on 17 July. Reported it and immediately received a reference no. Since then escalated it 3 times on the web, once at a Telkom store and still NO REACTION from Telkom. It is virtually impossible to speak to the \consultants"at the call centre as they take almost an hour before the call is answered. I cannot do this on my cell phone.<br> At this time I will appreciate ANYBODY from Telkom to contact me and tell me what is going on."""
