No reply to telephone calls

I have received an SMS re an outstanding account. Very difficult to pay if one has never received an invoice of any sort!! and then when you try to phone the query number Karina Reddy at *** - 5 times it rang and was put down immediately ! The other 3 times it was engaged..... Absolutely no idea of where to pay or exactly <br> what i am paying for!! Makes life very difficult.
