No reply or way of communicating with Telkom

I have tried contacting Telkom numerous times via their website. On their website it says that an agent will call me back within 48hours. Since last week I have left 3 messages and yet not a single call from Telkom. I am trying to have my landline cancelled but this seems to be an impossible task. I have read in the newspapers of many clients cancelling their Telkom lines, yet Telkom still debits their account. Pathetic service to say the least.
