No reply or service from Telkom

I have sent numerous emails with my ID and cancellation form to cancel my month to month uncapped ADSL line but no one gets back to me. Im moving soon and gave 1 month notice . I was going to hook them up again at my new house but am rethinking this ..I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME ASAP
