No reply line off for 10 days

<p>My mother and father's telkom landline hasn't work for 10 days. She has phoned them everyday and they never answer. The technition phoned her and he said she is home too late. She was earlier the next day and she phoned him, but he said he is too far away. Their internet is also on this line, so they have no internet. When we phone we are kept on hold for long. We are really fed up. </p>
