No Reply from Telkom, Unprofessional

Dear Telkom Complaints Management

I am very disappointed with the service received. I went on a contract with you and since then every encounter has been a great disappointment. I requested from one of your representatives DSL Telecom for an early upgrade in April 2020 last year, instead she gave me a new contract of which I made it clear I was unemployed and do not want a new contract. She went ahead and processed same. In our conversation I asked for an upgrade to (80GB+80GB ) which came with a rooter, yet she and Telkom never send me a new rooter. She promised that the old number MSISDN:********** will be cancelled. This never happened. So I have been paying for a simcard of which I wasn’t even using. I called in to Telkom in June 2020 spoke to a consultant called Niyinko. She assured me that the call was logged for cancellation. This was not done. I continued to pay, but felt that I’m being ****** and went into the branch the guy told me that I had to return the all even the rooter. I did that however now I was left with a simcard and no rooter, when I was promised on my invoice that I was supposed to receive one. Which means Telkom never send me one as the DSL Telecom consultant said I don’t need one? I have not been using your service as you can see by your records. The cancellation was done for MSISDN:********** but when I got to the shop to complain about the fact that I have not received the rooter for the new simcard MSISDN : ********** (80GB+80GB ), the account was suspended, SUSPENDED. And the cancellations were never done. All the parties below send me an email a job card for the cancellation on MSISDN:********** but they never even rep**** to say that all was finalised. You keep on sucking money from me when I’m not using your services nor do I have those cards anymore. Your service representatives, DSL Telecom, indicate they sent it, yet I never received it.ad Telkom is not the service provider we all knew and loved. It's really bad now. Please note that these two services for Telkom are to be cancelled effective immediately.
