I went to Mall@Reds in September to migrate my 10GB+10GB plan to the new 20GB+20GB plan for R399, I filled my application and then I was told that the store did not have devices that go with the plan. I was then advised that as soon as the store receives the devices my application would be processed. It's been over a month and I haven't been contacted and the number I got for the store NEVER goes through.<br> <br> Can someone please tell me whats going on.<br> <br> Regards<br> Prince<br>
