No replacements BATTERIES at TELKOM STORES for THEIR CUSTOMERS for there 3G FLLA Wi-FI phones

We are a Telkom Client and the 3G FLLAS WIFI Phone and the BATTERY needs to be replaced. This is where the FRUSTRATION comes.

We have been to 3 Telkom shops at 3 different location and they told us they do not stock the battery and told us we must go the Incredible Connection etc. Incredible Connection do not stock this, we went to numerous shops trying to find a replacement battery and STILL CANNOT FIND ONE.

Yesterday we went to Tygervalley and once again they told us they do not stock the battery.

IF TELKOM PROVIDES THIS PHONE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, WHY DO THEY NOT STOCK REPLACEMENT BATTERIES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

When we ask for the manager at the Tygervalley store we were told they do not have a manager.

This has been going on for 3 weeks BUT WE WILL RECEIVE A BILL MONTH END TO PAY OUR PHONE.

We are still without a BATTERIES
