No repair of fallen over telephone pole

We have a Telkom telephone pole in our yard that is falling over through our wall onto the neighbors out-building and we are waiting on Telkom for over a month now to come and fix their telephone pole in order for us to fix the wall. Our electric fencing is out of order due to the broken wall and this and the open wall is a security risk! I phoned on 8 October to report the problem Reference number 74CTK081015. There came a technician a week later to have a look but no one since then. He promised me it will be fixed in the following 2 weeks. I phoned again on the 10 November Ref number 92CTK101115 but has had no response yet. This is utterly ridiculous. We want to fix our wall! PLEASE!
