No repair date!!!
After 7 days of no phone line, here is what they told me now by Messenger: Hi Jill, your fault has been link to a cable fault in your area. At this stage we have not repair date. Communication will follow as soon as there is update on the way forward. ^Frank NO REPAIR DATE!!! While I pay every day for their service

17 Jan 2020, 10:47I reported this now to Kieno at CapeTalk radio as a woman called in yesterday with the identical problem, and she got the identical reply! Wish I could kiss a landline goodbye, but lots of my friends are in their 90s plus some are overseas so I am stuck for the next few years
