No regard for Springsmall Clients

I have had trouble with getting a service from Telkom Springsmall concerning a sim swap for over 2 mkt hs now. Each time I get to the branch the system is offline the technicians are said to be coming to date I have had no help. I have proof of service tickets. They will make you wait for an hour only to tell you syaetm is offline. It's very frustrating , clearly telkom springsmall branch have no regard for their customers.
