No refunds or even responses

<p>We cancelled our landline end May. There was a service to phone a fixed line for free from our cellphone. once the landline was cancelled they said the service fell away. yet we got billed for it every onth since then. When we ohoned they said servied cancelled. We emailed about the problem but no response via email or no return call. </p> <p>This has been going on since June . Who can help us get a refund?</p>
