No refund since october for cancellation of telkom services

Good day

I am utterly dissapointed with telkom services, after much trouble cancelling my services with telkom i was given a refernce nr for my security deposit from october i was given the run around and i have to keep calling them and till date no refund has been made. This is the worst customer servicei have ever experienced and no profesaionalism from telkom side. Please can some1 help resolve my issue.
