No refund from Telkom Mobile since mt first complaint in September

<p>I logged a complaint on HelloPeter in September on Telkom Mobile, still no feedback on when they are refunding my account on debiting an expired contract which I did not re-new.</p> <p>All I was told my initial ref number was closed cause I was "unreachable".</p> <p>So they opened another one stating am "unreachable on my number I must confirm my cell phone number" which is also most probably closed, how convenient!</p> <p>You must be reaching high call closure targets with calls tailing you because they were never resolved to begin with.</p> <p> </p>
