No Refund From Telkom 2 months waiting.

Telkom incorrectly deducted my account on 25 June 2024 and after many emails and call center calls I was promised a refund that was scheduled for 11 July 2024. Up till today I have not received any refund as persons in the billing department cannot do there work.
