NO REFUND FOR LINE DOWN 2 GRAND + BILLED WHEN SHUT OFF

I never EVER received my refund or credits when my dam line was shut down for 3 months and a representative told me I WOULD RECEIVE IT!

Got a bill for 2 months paid 1200

i paid 500

no wi see i still owe 1000!

i was told they are shutting me off next week - good riddance. i could come up with 1000 if i wanted to but thank you for making my life better

i ****ing hate telkom
