No proper communication
Twice now I have used up my regular data thinking that the night surfer usage kicks in at 11pm with the premise that my timing was just off. I called the helpdesk and was advised that it's moved to 12am. Apparently an sms was sent to the sim, who the hell has their data card in a phone to read the sms. I have mine in an iPad, how was I supposed to see that. Could an e-mail not be sent? They are aware that customers are p'd off about it, and still after 6 months no communication can be sent!!! Pathetic
