No proper advise

In May 2025, I visited a Telkom store to upgrade my contract. I intended to include both a Samsung A36 5G LG GR 128GB and a smar****ch in the upgrade. However, I was informed that the watch was out of stock. On 20 September 2025, I returned to the store after seeing the watch was now available. I was then told that I could not add the watch to my current contract and would either have to take out a new contract or purchase the watch for cash. This was never made clear during my initial upgrade and is very disappointing.
