No proof of purchase no help

<p>I have a contract with telkom I did it in klerksdorp now they closed the branch down, now the phone all of a sudden died it doesn't switch on so I go to vaal mall telkom so that they can help with booking in the phone for repairs, the lady there said they can't help me if I don't provide a proof of purchase. It's been 21 months having the contract with them where do they expect me to get a proof of purchase I mean how they work can't they trace the phone on their system I have the box of the phone but still refused to help, that is ridiculous man am totally not happy with the way they do their things.</p>
