NO PRODUCTS AND WE ARE PAYING!!!!!!

my husband got a new telkom line contract about four months ago which the deal included a TV Box and Router. to this date, NOTHING!!! contacting them is useless, because nobody ever is able to assist or clearly they just don't care. if you go into a store they say call the call centre!! well we are fed up now, because the are all useless!!!! every month they take your money, however when it comes to providing services and products, they stand with their hands in their pockets. they absolutely don't care and not willing to help you at all. pathetic and useless.
