No product (Cellphone) received from Telkom!!

I have app**** for a telkom contract.

The whole process went so easy BUT now 2 WEEKS after they already took the first payment (to verify that the account works) for the Samsung A71 - I have still NOT RECEIVED the phone!!!!

The excuse now is that the phone was in stock when applying for the contract and in the time frame to process the contract it went OUT OF STOCK! And 2 weeks later STILL NO STOCK!

This completely just ticks me off!! I can not get any straight answers expect that I will receive a phone when there is a phone!

In today's day and age how can something work like that!! How do you pay for a product and not receive it!

If i didn't ask if the phone was in stock i can understand (it was my fault then) BUT I asked and was told MORE THAN ONCE that the phone was in stock!!

I want an answer and urgently as well!!
