Call center line (IVR) diverts one to a whatsapp line - whatsapp line doesn't have the option to cancel a contract. CS agents just advise to go to the whatsapp line or in store. All that's needed as a cancelation of a phone contract!? There's no interest in upgrading, and the billing needs to stop.
