No Port available

I went into the Telkom office at the Liberty Mall and app**** for a promo were you receive a landline as well as a ADSL uncapped. I was told the order was on hold as there is no available ports I am situated in Bourne Avenue Lincoln Meade Pietermaritzburg I cant see how this could be possible? there is an existing line in the premises. I sold my property in Mkamba Gardens in Lincoln Meade as there was no infrastructure in place as the developer never waited for Telkom to install lines.
