No point in having a contract due to ZERO signal

Telkom may be affordable but trust me you pay with LACK OF SIGNAL!I work in Constantia Kloof,Roodepoort and from the time i walk into work until i leave at 16:30-I have zero contact ability. People try to call me and just get a voicemail or my line doesn't even ring?On my side- my homescrren is blank-no incoming calls.I do not get any whatsapps etc either.

I am a mother and find this completely unacceptable-what is there is an emergency during the day??I will be none the wiser,I also need my phone for work but again-it is useless.

Why am i paying a contract if this is the case?I need my phone to work at all times!

I looked at the coverage for Constantia Kloof-my street to be exact and Telkom does offer fibre/2G/4G etc SO WHAT THEN IS THE ISSUE?

I need this looked at urgently-if not then i should be released from my contract so I can find a provider than actually delivers.
