No Pitch Telkom.....again!!!!!

So...once again my friends at Telkom does not disappoint with well....disappointments. I app**** for an ADSL line in January 2019 sometime. I then got a call about 2 weeks ago for a technician to come and install the line,after I have asked that the technician please phone me before hand because I work about an hours drive from home. Firstly pitches up without phoning and then in the convo we had he mentions that he is there for a normal telephone line and not ADSL. I went back to the Telkom store and the confirmed that it was for ADSL and not a telephone line. Come 28 Jan and again the technician just pitches up. I explain to him that I am an hour away to which we agree that Telkom will come and install this today ( 30 Jan 2019).....No one pitched up so far, no one answers calls....***!!!!!!!
