No phone since 17 Nov 2017

The number is ********** . We have not had a line since 17th November 2017. I have been continuously reporting the fault and the answer is that there's something wrong with the actual lines and that their technicians are working on it. It is now the 10th of January 2018 and I am still sitting here without a telephone line Fix my line now I am an old lady who is totally disabled and very seriously ill I need to be able to have my phone on as calling 10210 by cell phone cost me run 50 at a time. Fix my line now
