No phone no internet

We have been without a telephone and adsl internet since the 28th July. Reference No:21CTK260715.After numerous fault reporting we still have no internet and telephone. They sent sms saying it was with technicians but have seen them near my property. Please I am 80 years old and if something happens to me how do I get help from Doctors etc? In the last 6 months the phone and internet have been down 4 times and within 24 hours it was repaired. My telephone number is ***
