No phone lines why Telkom

Hi Telkom we are without phone lines for weeks now our business depends on the phone for customer orders Telkom can't give us a alternative way to resolve the issue why? YOUR service is appalling everyone in the department that I call are *********** we still paying for a line RENTAL. Land lines cables getting ****** as informed other alternative should be a LTE sim phone we have 4 lines .Come guys you were always on top of your game what's happening? My number is *** contact me ASAP I need my phones working.
