No phone linea

Beyond frustrated phone lines gone for almost a week and a half comes back for 24hrs gone again. Majority of the time it's ****** cables. Why can't Telkom fix this issue? Not forgetting everyone at Telkom gives you different stories everyday.

I mean is this not costly for you people? Honestly just need my lines fixed and not to have this issue.
