NO phone line or internet for over a month

<p>Good day, I am deeply frustrated with the service I have been receiving from Telkom. Our phone line (and internet) stopped working 30 days ago. We have phoned and phoned countless times and logged the fault many times. A month later, no one from Telkom has come through and we still do not have internet or a working phone line. Please can you help us fix this ?</p>
