no phone line for over a month

<p>i have to place this report on behalf of someone, cause one of the main phonelines has been cut and ****** in the mainroad of rooikrans. the line was aggy for month and last month its been ******, and no repairs have even been attepted in fixing this issue. the neighborhood have been without a line for a month but still havbe to pay for. have lost count how many report we have filled, and sometimes we even get a little joke msg that sayds your issue has been resolved, with the wires still dangling by its pole</p>
