No phone for a week

<p>I logged a call on friday after 2 days of no voice (only adsl ) as i could not call to log it :-(. I only found the place online on friday. Eventually on Sun someone called and send they would send someone out. they came Monday, not telkom but contractors for telkom. they said they must escalate to telkom. after they left i have no voice or adsl. it got worse. now end of Tuesday and nothing. how long must I wait.
