No phone delivery after weeks...

<p>I placed an order for a phone on the 4th of May. I have still not received my device, and I am getting no feedback from any channels, except Facebook, but it does not help me. Everytime I phone sales the person I speak to gives me a different story. I have been given the following order numbers; ********** 20A and ********** 22A. I have been given the following escalation numbers; ********** 2 and ********** 6. My bank account was debited TWO WEEKS AGO and I still do not have a device. PLEASE HELP ME.</p>
