No phone and internet service

Worst Isp to deal with , this is the third time my line goes dead , I keep asking for a report an as always all they say is they working on it , they quick to debit our accounts and send bills but when it comes to service they transfer you from one department to another and the issue never gets resolved. I am loosing money as I cannot do my work and they expect me to pay them while my service is out of order .
