No payout on insurance claim in 6 months

We submitted a claim in June of 2017 and is still waiting for the payout. No help for call center Finrite insurance. Every time we call the call center agents drops the calls, so we are unable to speak to them. I could hear the call center agent answering and then drop my call. So how are we going to resolve the issue and who to I speak to as currently I can not speak to anyone. But still is paying for the insurance 6 month for no phone!!!
