NO PAID UP LETTER

I have paid up my account a year ago and still showing in my credit record and blocking my things. I have called a 100 times to the call centre and even went to a branch at Table Bay Mall and no seems to know how to give me a piad up letter . All they can say is that I dont have arrears in my account and I its still blocking my things . Very frustrating
