No paid up letter

<p>I received a call that I will receive a paid up letter after I took Telkom to Icasa now am getting an sms that my case has been closed but i have not received the letter</p>

I have heard this before that you hve heard my query and nothing happens.

I will open a lot of bad reviews about Telkom and take you to Icasa every week if I have to because you are bloddy ***********
