No Oversight

We were meant to have fibre installed at our business premises today. When the installation crew arrived they could not start, as the company who had been tasked with putting fibre in had not completed the project. They were meant to install the slim box on a Telkom pole on our premises as per the plans. This was never done even though I kept asking when this would be done. How many other projects have been signed off without proper oversight been done. I guess I will have to wait another few years before anything is done, as the contractor has more than likely been paid and could not be bothered to complete the job
