No, or intermittend, ADSL Service since the 28th Oct!!

I Logged an intermittent ADSL service fault, on the 28th which was closed 2 days later, but now I also had NO Voice service on that line! I then logged another fault on the 1st, which "has been with the technician" now since then. I have downloaded the app & tried to track the fault, which was useless, followed up every day, escalated the fault, but to no avail!! In the mean time, my ****le fai***** for these days are costing me so far over R 2000!! C'mon guys, you are better than this!! For years no issues, and now this?! I also have a fiber line pending with you, and no word on that either? Make a plan, you are ****ing me here!
