No one works at call center

Sitting on the phone for effing half an hour waiting to get through to someone listening to the most ridiculous call center music and pointless promotions for what is obviously the most useless service in this country (and that is saying something).

I have a app**** for a contract through Telkom online and just want to hear the status, after this experience with Telkom I pray to god I can cancel that before it goes through because I refuse to deal with this ******* for the next two years...
